YouTube Channel Statistics
Paste a channel link and check its numbers
What the YouTube Channel Statistics tool does
Paste the link of a public YouTube channel, click Statistic, and the tool shows the channel's public numbers, such as subscribers, total views and number of videos. It is a quick way to size up a channel before you follow it, compete with it, or reach out about a collaboration.

How to use it
- Open the channel's page on YouTube and copy its address from the browser bar.
- Paste the link into the box above.
- Click Statistic. Sample loads an example so you can see how the tool works, and Reset clears the box.
- Note the numbers, then repeat with other channels if you want to compare them.
The tool works on one channel link at a time.
What the numbers tell you, and what they don't
- Subscribers show the size of a channel's core audience, not how many people actually watch. Big channels often have many subscribers who rarely open new videos.
- Total views add up every view the channel has ever received. A channel with a few old viral videos can look bigger than it is today.
- The number of videos shows how much a channel has published, and it lets you work out a more useful figure: total views divided by the number of videos gives the average views per video.
- Watch time, income and audience details are not in this list, because YouTube does not make them public.
How to compare YouTube channels fairly
- Pick three to five channels in the same niche and of a similar size.
- Write down the subscribers, total views and number of videos for each.
- Divide total views by the number of videos to get average views per video. Divide total views by subscribers to see how much viewing each subscriber brings.
- Open the best performer's latest videos and check how recent views compare with the totals. If the totals are high but recent videos are not, the channel's best days may be behind it.
Can you see another channel's analytics?
Only the public numbers. Reports such as watch time, audience demographics and revenue are visible to the owner of the channel in YouTube Studio, and nobody else can open them. Be careful with any site that claims to show them for a channel that isn't yours.
How many subscribers do you need to earn money on YouTube?
YouTube's help page says you can join the YouTube Partner Program, which shares ad revenue, with 1,000 subscribers and either 4,000 valid public watch hours in the last 12 months or 10 million valid public Shorts views in the last 90 days. In some countries, an expanded program opens earlier with 500 subscribers, three public uploads in the last 90 days and 3,000 watch hours, but it gives access to fewer features.
If you want a rough idea of what a channel could earn, put its numbers into the YouTube Money Calculator. Treat the result as an estimate, because YouTube does not publish what other channels make.
FAQ
How do I check the statistics of a YouTube channel?
Paste the channel link into the box above and click Statistic. You can also open the channel's page on YouTube and its About tab, which show some of the same numbers.
Why is the subscriber count rounded?
YouTube shows public subscriber counts in a shortened form, such as 1.2M, so exact numbers are not available for large channels. Some channels also hide their subscriber count.
Does the tool show how much a channel earns?
No. YouTube does not publish the earnings of other channels, and any figure you see elsewhere is an estimate.
Can I check a private or deleted channel?
No. Use the link of a public channel.
Is the tool free?
Yes, it is free.
